The Massage Clinic Refund Policy

We kindly do not offer refunds on services or purchases.
Each appointment is reserved personally for you, and our therapists prepare your treatment and space in advance. Because of this, all sales are final.
If you need to reschedule, we are more than happy to help.
We simply ask for 24 hours’ notice to avoid any cancellation fees.

The Massage Clinic Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens and schedules can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice so we may offer that time to another guest.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or appointments missed without notice, will incur a $75 fee.
This helps us honor the time and care reserved for you.
